NABUR stands for Neighborhood Alliance for Better Understanding and Respect, the purpose of the site is to allow members of the community to ask questions, participate in discussion and share their opinions in a civil environment.
Here is a step-by-step explanation of how to use NABUR:
Click on the "join community" tab to set up an account if you do not have one. It will ask you to set up an email and password.
You will receive a confirmation email, make sure you confirm your email.
You can join "spaces" related to topics you are interested in. Click on "join space" to see posts related to that topic.
To make a post, you must be a member of the space you want to post in. At the top of the space's page, there will be a box which asks "what's on your mind?" just click on the box and type up the text, you can add a photo by using the image icon at the bottom of the posting box.
